The intention is to deepen our connection to energy and the source with Qi Gong, Energywork, Chanting with Crystal Toning Bowls, and Reflection. We shall go deeper through body movement,
communing with nature, energywork, and voice. The focus will be our
individual energy, our energy together as a group, and the relationship between our energy, spirit, and peace. |
We'll gather together, physically move our bodies and activate our energy with qi gong, enjoy a potluck lunch and commune with nature, channel energy, and chant and resonate to the sound
of crystal toning bowls. |

The Facilitators
|
Corinne Robinson has been a searcher all her life: first for survival, then for growth. She began Tai Chi after watching the 1993 Bill Moyer’s Healing and the Mind program. Now 14
years later, while assisting her mentor Brad Wyatt instructing Tai Chi at 2 recreation facilities in North Vancouver, Corinne also teaches Tai Chi and Qi Gong to seniors at Mollie Nye House (9 years) and brings Qi Gong to a healing retreat for women living with cancer (3 years). In this retreat,
Corinne leads us through a series of Qi Gong regimes, which serve to release blockages and activate the flow of energy through our bodies. Any questions? Please contact Corinne (604-985-4352).
Joanie is an Energyworker and Spiritual Teacher. An Attunement Practitioner and a Vibrational
Healing Practitioner, she has a private practice and facilitates retreats, circles, and workshops. She enhances her work with other studies, such as Reiki, Lightwork, The Course in Miracles, meditation, yoga,
singing/chanting, and more; her mentor is our long-time local spiritual director and healer, Larry Champ. In this retreat, Joanie guides us through intentionally channelling energy, individually and as a group.
For further information, please see the website or give Joanie a call (604-469-7825, www.3wolves.org).
Occasionally Shasta Martinuk light-heartedly refers to herself as a reformed classical musician. Though her musical life began in the world of symphony
orchestras and chamber music, about 10 years ago, she became entranced by the sounds of crystal toning bowls. From that moment forward, the bowls have played a central role in Shasta’s personal
journey from classical musician to sound healer. As a teacher and sound-healer, she uses the bowls in a variety of ways, most often as a supporting instrument for the
human voice. Chanting to the sound of the crystal bowls is a powerful technique for tuning into our energy and for healing. Please see Shasta's website or call for more information (604-947-2283, www.thelisteningwell.ca).
